Linen & Neroli Stoneware Candle - 300 g

Clean, bright and quietly elegant, the Linen & Neroli Stoneware Candle smells like sun-dried sheets and an open window. Sparkling bergamot and neroli blossom open the scent, a soft heart of cotton flower and white musk follows, and a light base of cashmere wood keeps it smooth. It is a fresh fragrance that works in bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways all year round.

Soy wax is poured into a speckled cream stoneware pot with a smooth glazed interior and a soft matte exterior. The pot is heavy enough to feel substantial and simple enough to sit in any room. When the candle has burned down, clean out the last of the wax and reuse the pot for a small plant, cotton pads or jewellery.

Care: on the first burn, let the wax melt right to the edge of the vessel (around 2 hours) so it burns evenly afterwards. Keep the wick centred and remove any trimmings or matches from the wax pool. Once the candle is finished, scoop out the remaining wax with a spoon, wash the vessel in warm soapy water and reuse it.

Burn safely: never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn it within sight, out of reach of children and pets, and away from draughts, curtains, shelves and anything else that can catch fire. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface - the vessel becomes hot while burning. Trim the wick to 5 mm before every lighting, burn for no longer than 3 hours at a time and stop when about 1 cm of wax remains. Do not move a candle while it is lit or the wax is liquid.
